I think the ending of this was perfect but the story could have been told a bit better to get to this point. Everything felt like a means to an end. There is lore to the world too but the main questline seems to just dance around it instead of giving you a dose.
My interpretation of the (not so hard to figure out) ending is that there are two aspects to it:
- The Father's final will takes the form of the slug and needs to breed itself back to existence. He's definitely an almighty figure that it took many characters to overcome him. If he comes back, he probably won't make the same mistake twice. So we'll have to see how the story continues from that point of view.
- Leila on the otherhand has a strange opportunity granted to her. The almighty figure which fell "The Father" needs a Mother and I don't think there's anyone we see who's more compatible for the role than Leila. She's overcome every trial and even The Father himself, so she's basically a perfect vessel. The question remains, what's in it for Leila to accept and submit. What does her cut of the cake involve?

I actually think the slug is a failed form of ascension, essentially the form beings from the Otherside take when they fail to properly manifest in this world. In the gallery, the description of the slug boss and enemies point to this. There is also a secret in the game of two obsidian platforms. In one you can fight a secret boss if you use a specific item. The other obsidian alter is in disrepair and damaged. If you use the item there, instead of fighting a boss, you just get an extremely weak slug.

Well here's some progress on my Haanja commission
Just found a Secret.
The Enenuth Mother still exists if you got to her from walking all the way from the Cathedral (The Owl Falling lets you make the Jump).
If you smack her in the back it deals 2025 Damage and she instantly dies.

Hey guys, I need some help. So, after my boobs grew, I've got a white screen showing up on half of my screen. I tried changing the screen resolution but it didn't help. Any ideas?
From the looks of it, the problem is that the game can't load the relevant Lilia portrait with the engorged breasts so it spits out a blank image in its place. Are you using any mods?

...used Eneuth fluid to enlarge Lilia's breasts, and everything works fine on my end. So I am unable to reproduce the problem you're having. Enlarged breasts should include a status effect and you're missing it, so it seems like something wasn't properly applied. What event or action triggered the enlargement, in your case?
I'm not sure it's a bug. The pixel arm position looks vague enough that it could pass as both cradling the belly and supporting a pair of very bloated breasts, and the dev may have intended it that way.

Maybe I'm alone in this but a part of me feels like I would like Lelia to be a bit more involved with the townsfolk.
If she has enlarged breast or broken outfit, the male townsfolk will try to make a pass on her which you can either accept or refuse.
However if you had some status effects like aroused, parasite, womb crest, etc...there is a random chance of Lelia unable to say no.I feel like it would add more effect to the status effects that 'alters' her mind or something.

Have you tried drinking in the tavern? There's a scene I didn't realize was there and honestly it was a pleasant surprise. But I wholeheartedly agree. I love the whole submission to depraved villager stuff too.
This game is really good, but there's not enough hard vore. There's only the zombies, spiders and the pigs. I was really hoping for more of that.

There is also the bums in the outskirts that lure her in with the promise of information and then make use of the fact that she is not supposed to hurt normal humans unless they are already corrupted by eldritch bs as well as just trying to guilt her into letting them screw her as compensation for not perfectly keeping the damage to the town to 0 during the goblin raid.
