It 100% should... prob with the villagers. Scenes where she goes back and convinces herself she isn''t liking it, until she becomes a dump for the whole "slums" part of the vilage (also would be a better payoff for the dialogue saying that the place is dangerous)

I think I got locked out or something? I cleared the innard cave, got to statue but never interacted with door as I fast travelled out, exploring northeast then to monastery for gallery. Then I went back to cathedral underground entrance and interacted with door, saw the quest got progression, went to Haanja but no special dialogue happened?
Is this a documented bug where I should be straightforward with questlines and not fast travel without triggering quest?

If you get caught in the demihuman/goblin cave, you can choose to continously obey your captors instead of breaking free, rewarding you with different scenes if you keep doing it. In the town, there's scenes if you're drunk, naked, or tricked into a shady place and deciding not to resist.
Other than that, it's just being defeated, brainwashed, or afflicted with something that leads to sex. You can intentionally let your character be defeated to emulate her submitting willingly, but I'm not sure that's what you're looking for.
The scenes in the town are very lackluster... The only "good" one is the old man, but the way to get into the scene and the aftermath are also dissapointing

While I appreciate the minor updates I can't say any of the new encounters since launch are particularly memorable. Worse, some of these encounters, particularly the spiders, were simply done better in the first game. Call me crazy but I'm even more convinced now than I was before that I like it over the sequel, which isn't exactly a glowing endorsement, I suppose...
... that said, it's not a bad thing either. That I can still enjoy the first game on its own is a testament to how good it was and I love both games for different reasons. Anyhoo! Still hoping we get paid DLC with more meaningful content for the sequel.

Baseline, I enjoyed both games, but it's one of those cases where I can't say which one is better, because I also like different things from each game. A direct sequel in theory would imply improvements all around, but the truth is that it didn't make the first one obsolete, specially when it comes to the sex scenes.
The game's creator posted another article about the censored version of the game for Steam and a future DLC. Not many details were revealed, only that:
- The Steam version will come with a new DLC that will only change some visual aspects of the menu; downloading it is not necessary if you prefer.
- The censored Steam version is already in progress. Game-over screens will appear before the rape or death scene, and erotic audio has been removed, as well as certain enemies and NPCs.
They posted this image as an example of what the censored version will look like. This is the demihuman prison; Lelia is imprisoned with clothes on, and the naked female prisoners do not appear.

I just hope we get more sex scenes than gore.
It seems to not be worth it due to a multitude of factors.
#1 H games tend to have a brand on them even though the H elements are removed (doubly so for games with more "extreme" fetishes). The normies definitely wouldn't want to play H games even with H elements removed (unless the gameplay/ story is really good which some H games do qualify like Black souls).
#2 The indie game market (no H in game) is very COMPETITIVE. You need LUCK (to get some exposure), good gameplay, story, possibly a dedicated fan base from your past games to succeed in steam.
#3 The moralists/ moral activists would still slam this game due to its roots being "tainted". For an extremely tame game (by H game standards) the game No mercy had the normies malding and protesting as if that game is the spawn of satan. All it takes is some dumbass to make a stink about this game (with some proofs and links) and there could be an active campaign of harassment against this game on steam (even if the game is turned purely H elements free).
Positives of this coming to steam:
#1 The dev MIGHT attract some people to buy this game, and it might increase his revenue by a bit- significantly (depending on several factors but the odds are stacked against him).
#2 This game could serve as an "ad" of sorts for the Main/OG game which could increase sales for that thus more profits for the dev.
#3 This is in a way to bypass steam restrictions regarding H games to "future proof" the game from getting removed from steam randomly (barring an instance where there is a targeted harassment campaign to get the game removed from steam). Either the dev does this, or he does what other H games do (release a "broken version" on steam with lots of contents removed and the game is barely functional and it requires downloading a 3rd party patch to "complete" the game). Or do this wherein more work is involved in the process of creating a SFW version of the game with many things modified to suit being SFW.
So, with that in mind: The risks outweigh the benefits.
No amount of activist movement will ever make Steam to terminate sales on this game, the whole point of censorship and omitting the hentai element is exactly to failproof this. As long the game doesn't have it, even Steam cannot do anything because the product they sell is like that, no porn, no virus, no thing of harm and of indecency. And retard activist can go pull out the official link for the hentai, but it will amount to nothing because you can argue those are just mods, like Skyrim sex mods, this does not count to Steam policy as it is beyond their jurisdiction, not to mention installing a mods is completely on the user volition and not enforced nor endorsed by Steam.

Although i would say the profit wouldn't be as much as you did in DLsite, it's probably not that big so not worth the effort to localize it. Take example of Kagura Games highest peak player count: Winter Memories, at 12k player, assume the number of sales is twice of that meaning 24k copies. Meanwhile the sales on DLsite has reach 90k, the amount of profit they got is barely quarter to DLsite profit, not to mention dev also need to give share cut to publisher (assuming that's how the agreement goes). By the way, this is only for Winter Memories, everything else only have below 5k count and compare to their sales on DLsite it's about 10x difference if we make same assumption of (peak player count x 2 = total sales). So yeah, the effort don't worth the profit to be honest. The risk doesn't outweight the benefit, the but the effort doesn't match with projected profit

I'm just hoping that those less severely damaged clothes are available in the Mod Folder, Because I would enjoy that since in my opinion the damage is Waay too severe way too quickly, having 2 clothing break stages would be ideal in my opinion, but having the clothes damaged in gameplay and broken in cutscenes seems fine to me.

Nennai clearly said that they don't plan to make continuation. This is the last game from SiNiSistar series.
