Thou to be fair in the first game the spiders were normal (aside from the fact that they were giant) except for the boss spider

More dogs, maybe horses, and certainly more bugs. Bring back the slugs, let the snails do more than mind-fuck her, and have parasitizing flies rather than... whatever it is we have right now. They're certainly cool and gross, but when I see a giant, disgusting fly, I want it to fill our heroine with eggs.

I'd definitely be up for a horse type creature too. Just all sorts of big burly mammal beasts with girthy cocks that can take her in doggy style. XD

As for the slugs,we have heavily theorized it here that we will get a dlc of those considering the post credit scene.

am i the only moron here who struggled in the cathedral underground? like i genuinely found that place harder than the cathedral itself. Not even kidding. That laser only had to hit me 2-3 times to finish me and the jump window for that is weird and the guy that spawns 3 slimes before that part of the stage deals a lot of damage too. my health is level 3 and maybe its not sufficient lol? idk. everything is so tanky now too. Maybe that was the part where i was supposed to invest on potions and i just didnt do that or something.

The glide power makes the laser fight a LOT easier. If things are too tanky, remember normal arrows work a lot better with headshots (you can often just jump and shoot without aiming) and exploding arrows fuck armor/shields up.

Nope, I felt your struggle. I managed to beat the three-eyed staff after like 13 tries, and then I got owned by the floor trap on the left side of the underground level. I almost cry in despair when I saw the stupid staff room ready to kick my ass again until I saw I could teleport to the Cathedral.

I tried using Stable Diffusion through inpaint to decensurize and it turned out not bad, even though I didn't try at all and did it for a quick test.

Henry, I'm asking just out of curiosity. If I understand the logic of the process correctly, if you have a way to decrypt the game, then you have a way to encrypt it back, right? Is it possible to pack the decrypted assets back the way it was, so that the game can read it again?

If it is possible, then I guess it means we already have a pipline that can allow somebody to decensor the game. Sprites are not difficult to decensor, just edit the images without changing the name and format.

It's actually quite easy if you know the trick.

All boss fight for anyone who struggling, all of them except the final boss quite easy if you know the strategy. I still not figure out how to fight the final boss easier.
Edit1: Added easy method to defeat Final Boss.
Edit2: I play version 1.02 and see the bosses now get nerfed. So I made new video and removed the old one (though I wonder if it's necessary since they're so easy now).
Edit3: Added no damage challenge, it's actually doable.

Also added optional boss, this boss the the only one that required some skill but you don't need to defeat him to progress story (except if you hate lose). Also small guide to save MP go through the village since it need to fight with the boss.
PS1: Yes, I let him gab me on purpose because it's easier for timing next attack.
PS2: Yeah, I m clumsy press wrong button for first attack, don't mind about it.

the laser part is easier when you have the owl fly upgrade (it makes you jump floaty), just stay close to the creature and hit the eyes, spam magic when there's more than one eye
the slimes you don't need to fight it, just pass after them.

Giant rats and caterpillars are also good. Beast zombies that have not only a strong appetite but also a desire to reproduce are also desirable. However, the zombies in this series are pure predators with no sexual element, so my wish may not come true...

You might have missed the floating spell, it's just under the demihuman lair protected by a flesh mass that you can break with exploding arrow. That extends the jump window to be real easy. The slime cultist you can run past while he is doing his breaking apart animation.

Well, honestly what I would expect is a mix of gore and sex as usual for this game. Wouldn't surprise me if say "regular" wolves went for the jugular while a werewolf would go for the knotting. Then again, the beasts can just be parasite beasts like the pigs, instead of zombie beasts and that solves that part.

you don't even need to get near the eye lasers. you can beat it by just shooting exploding arrows from far away. if you're worried about mana just fight it normally until it reaches it's last phase then just bombard it with arrows.

the eye laser is easy, you just need to attack quick and jump/ stay close in the right time
the last boss however needs a lot of attention and be quick to dispatch everything on the screen

I've already tried it. Nothing changes in the game. So I concluded that replacing files in the Mode folder does not affect anything. Then I looked at Assets and saw that the same files were encrypted there (Assets\design\character\player\lelia\portrait\normal\dead\villager_drunk). Are you sure?

Oh lol the answer to that is surprisingly very simple. The enemies in the innard cave dont 3 shot me. I was health lvl 2 when i cleared that place even. Also for the other comments thanks for reminding me of the owl spell! made sense to me all of a sudden LMAO

Honestly feels less like divine intervention and more like the ova is hinting at the whole adventure being one fat illusion.In the game the starting room and the final room with the slug are the same and in the ova she starts contemplating that maybe she sees the game over visions cause that's what she truly desires. Sounds to me like the flesh bud she breaks out of in the final fight is where she was during the whole game and everything else is just the observer trying to break her mind to make her give in to him at the end in the form of the slug.

Or it's just a compilation of game over sex scenes. Like so many other OVAs from other eroges. Lol.

And what OVA makers basically did, they stringed those game over scenarios into one continuous plot, which made the OVA have a copmletely different plot and tone than that of the original.

It's been over a decade since that OVA released, but I'm still mad about how they butchered it.

An easy way to get past the slimes is to stand right next to the priest when you kill him. Then when the slimes spawn, you can walk under the one that spawns in the middle and jump over the one that spawns on the right before they can attack you.

I appreciate the idea proposed in the OVAs because they provide a different approach when compared to the Otherworlder from the second gam. The OVAs were quite explicit in showing those game overs as sequences that Rabiane experienced before "snapping back to reality"... at least until she got to the creepy giant baby with the parasitic worms. That said, I understand your frustration with changes made by animated adaptations, I'm still mad at the studio animating Jitaku Keibin 2 for messing with the oyakodon ending by fusing it with one of the dumbest game overs you can get in the game and using lots of BS to make the smart MC a moron incapable of using his cameras.

But even discarding the OVAs, the Otherworlder in Sinisistar 1 played its hand better by forcing a confrontation on its terms: Rabiane cannot fight it unless she has intercourse with the slug in the dream church. I suppose if she had the special cocaine from the second game it would reveal her final enemy, but I'm working on the assumption that the Observer can only be fought inside the Priest's Nightmare.
