I won't be doing any pov shifting in this game, I think that would undermine the choices and mc progression somewhat (I won't get too into that lol). In that instance, access will be part of the progression. It'll make more sense once the content expands laterThat makes more sense, appreciate the clarification. I more meant like a PoV shift from the MC to Evelyn rather than stalking her in that path, so we as a player could see what was going on (or maybe through video/text she sends if it develops enough further down the road), but regardless it's good that there are options now for what kind of content you'll see, will probably stick to the Vice path in that case.
As an aside I really do appreciate there being a combat system to add to the sandbox. It adds something more unique to the game so it doesn't just become clicking and reading simulator, and it generally makes it stand out a bit more (especially as a VTMB fan seeing different vampire abilities implemented is a big plus).
Appreciate the thoughts about the combat system. Time investment aside, usual wisdom would suggest it's something to avoid doing in these kind of games. Glad it's got some value to people!
Sharing options are marked with the broken heart, so yeah you can leave it turned on and just not press those options and you'll be good.Hey, I’m new to playing this game just asking if you enable the sharing content can you still avoid the NTR scenes
So for XP from combat, in practice you kinda will be getting some, but rather as a quest reward from whatever content you happen to be doing. I have plans for a combat focused job for example, so you'd get xp from completing a specific assignment that would involve combat. It's just a structural distinction in practice, because I don't want to introduce a way to grind tonnes of boring encounters to max character level. I also have to account for people who don't build their character for combat, so they need to be able to earn XP from their own stuff too.Alright, I tried the combat a bit. I would say it's fine for what it does. I would even say I enjoyed it. I could see myself playing around with it just for the different enemy types. But if I'm understanding the dev response here, it won't give exp? I actually wouldn't mind if it did give a small bit for those that want to do it. Assuming it'll be an ever present thing in the open world going forward.
After playing from the start again. I can say with confidence now that I'm a Kate simp. I wasn't sure before this update. Sort of on the fence even, but that fight was hot. When I finally get to her level, she's mine. After I get some payback first, of course. She needs a good spanking after she kicked MC's ass. Which, don't get me wrong, was supposed to happen in that fight. MC shouldn't be able to beat her that quick.
Kate is best. She'll be getting a release focused on her after Hazel.
