To get that scene, you have to reject Mary and go visit Marsha every chance you get. Depending on which of your sisters you're in a relationship with and how far you've gotten with them, you should get those scenes.

The dev was very sick, apparently.Yes, it’s a relic, I wonder why this mammoth came to life so much time later, I even wonder how the characters have changed in the 4 years since the last update

Sounds like you won't be playing it then...
They haven't updated any mods in a long while. You are not going to get all the scenes and paths on one playthrough anyway...

As has been said, it's unlikely anything comes of this as they haven't updated any mods, the game now has a gallery of its own, just use the universal unlocker..
