Acording log your Directx cant load 4k textures, try Update Directx drivers, lower screen resoliution to 1920x1080.
My system use DX12 so don't know if it help.

Update DirectX is the best way
, just in case my xinput is in C:\Windows\System32. In rar file xinput1_1.dll to xinput1_4.dll

start off interrogation by pointing to the photo's on the wall its hard to go wrong after that.
