Hi, i'm stuck on checkpoint goal 19, on my to-do list I have to buy clothes, but when I buy them it doesn't disappear and I'm being asked to win my lawsuit. How do I get out of this?

Any deviation—like squeezing too early or breaking concentration too soon—will unravel the progress you've painstakingly built. Patience in the buildup makes the climax inevitable.

I played this early on when there were only few chapters. The ideas in the game are compelling but I had to back out because Eve was just so damn devastating. Just brutalizes her husband, and he just takes and tells himself she loves him. Oof. I am personally hoping for some kind of arc where the husband wins a divorce and takes the house and money. She still has her boss she'll be fine. Unless HIS job drops him for having low moral character lol.

But yeah, I actually don't care for NTR much but something about your game makes me want to play it despite disliking two main characters.

Hello you can now pick an option where you single in the beginning, there is no JOHN at all.

I kinda like the idea on an option where you kick evelyn out of the house somehow... let me try make a draft ending on how to do that. The ending would be: Prison Sentence of John and Evelyn or Escape to Tropics as Criminals. That way both are out of the story.
