I'll add hints to that and make it easier... there is supposedly a give up option as well that ends that loop incase.

I loaded your game... and someone you were able to go to Chapter 13 without completing the NURU quests. Do go Ivan and get that NURU lesson started and get a lot of NURU clients.

I'll add this hint more in future versions incase as well.
