Game is more kinetic novel or short VN. The only real choice is somewhere in the middle, which doesn't really affect the story, besides a Game Over if you refuse both times, aka no real point in the choice.
So yeah it's unavoidable, unless you stop before reaching that point / skip the game and look at the CG / etc. Yeah, I don't like gangbangs either; too much dicks, not enough boobs/ass/vaginas.
Only thing carrying the game, imo, is the art.
PS. Artist is Ichikawa Nao, IIRC, so you can look for their galleries on some sites if you want.
