So there is mention of a Hotel scene - with Bella I believe - but I cannot seem to trigger it. I assume it relates to a decision made on her path a while back?

Same here. I could play with her all the time, but its also pretty enjoyable when she gets jealous.

I started on the western erotic gaming scene about 2 years ago. Life got busy, and now I only follow 4 games. Down from 30 or so a year ago. This game is one of those 4 (Milfy City, Mythic Manor, and Daughter for Dessert being the others). It's sort of sad that I can feel Sisterly Lust coming to a close. Seems like it's definitely passed the 75% mark. It's like watching a really good movie and looking at your watch to see there's only 15 minutes left but you don't want it to end. Every update is just smacking the Snooze button, but you have to wake up eventually.
As always, Perverteer does a great job. That was a hell of an update. I will reiterate the "complaints" I have, but they are so weak as to be almost negligible:
1. Mrs Smith does nothing for me. Might be the hair, I don't know.
2. The book scenes are useless in my mind. I know the dev has a plan, and these scenes serve a purpose, but for me it is time that could have been given to the sisters.
3. The three sisters are the stars here, and this update had them all. I like that the inevitable has occurred, and am really looking forward to the path ahead.
See, not really complaints, just thoughts. This is easily one of the best games around, and getting better!

Looking at the walkthrough, the harem will be fine. In the next update i wonder will Rachel confront Dear Brother right away the next day or give him the cold shoulder with him finding out for himself. Eventually the girls would had to start finding out about each other one way or another even with the soundproof walls. Also, not just 4 main girls (Mom/Smith, Rachel, Bella, Liza), there's the others like Rachel's friends (Ana, Alina, now Kira), Adriana (with the Holmes identity plot with Mom), Riley (ex-coworker), Iris (won't be a big lost). Have that sorted out & all go back to Belugio with Nia & Rebeca waiting.
Will Megan only be available in Bella's hardcore route or will something happen later in the romance route? I guess Hazel (Bella's blackmailer's mom) was a one-time thing, but wasn't there a sextape somewhere? I wonder will the girls (Sasha, Miley, Sabine) from our Protagonist's past make an appearance in present time.
There's also still the plot with the batty old teacher & country's moral policing & anti-porn law going on, Protagonist revealing he's Mr Holmes to Mom & Adrianna, and the developing romances with Mom & Liza.
As far as looks goes for me it's Nia, Kira, Riley, Rachel, Adriana, Rebeca, Sasha, Bella, Mom/Smith, Liza, Alina, Ana.
Also, i like that in Sisterly Lust you can play every girls route in a single playthrough without the need to save scum (minus Bella's hardcore route). I wish more visual novels would follow that same format, instead of lots of branching plots that'd require a walkthrough.
Will Megan only be available in Bella's hardcore route or will something happen later in the romance route? Both Bella routes are simply phantastic, the Mrs. Smith storyline including the Mistress way is following directly after that. Rachels route is solid and the girls that you meet because of her are also pretty good. The only route that can't convince me yet is Liza's, maybe that will change in future Updates.

Also I hope to see a little Fanny spin off, when Sisterly Lust is finished (or just keep going with SL forever and ever and ever...).
