You're actually not running out of slots. Hit the arrow buttons on the bottom and you can go to higher numbered pages.
Some RenPy games limit the slots to save, this game doesn't. I have 40MB of saves for this game, I am up to page
67 I think. The top row is Bella blackmail / sub route and the bottom row is Bella love route. Both rows are Susan Discrete / Love and Rachael love. Both rows have all the available side girls and fetish content. I extract the new version and move the save folder over to it. I know it should be duplicated somewhere in appdata but I haven't looked for it.
