You can't get her pregnant if you are on the Dom route. You have to be on the love route to be able to get her pregnant.
So play through and choose the love route to be able to get her pregnant. I know because I chose the Dom route in my first playthrough and the ending didn't show she was one of the girls that got pregnant in your harem. So I played it a second time and chose the love route option, I know she was annoying and you want to make her a sub.

Since Lain is still MIA, I updated her mod to the game's latest version.
I also updated the colors for Good and Bad choices to work better on my monitor, this might help others who were having similar issues too.

they go in SL.app/Contents/Resources/autorun/game - but most of the mods are for 1.1.6 and latest is 1.1.11. You can still get 1.1.6 from the OP, but you have to pay attention. 1.1.11 doesn't add a lot of value over 1.1.6 that's worth giving up the mods for IMO.

Where are you copying them too?
The files go into /game.
