Depends on how many times you played. The story wraps up in different ways depending on how you played. Skimming over my notes, I have a family harem and a full harem, an ending focused on each specific girl, and a no one ending too.

Pregnancies are what I'm on about, ya. You can knock up all Rachael's friends, Bella's coworker, the island girls, your GFs from dad's flat. Pretty much everybody. Only 6 (I think) can be married, but you can shoot kids into almost all the rest.

You also need to open a path with Adriana when you are on Susan's Discreet one. Also, when on Liza's path, open one with Iris too.
