Is there an actual Hentai that is based from this?
Unfortunately, no. The video game visual novel of it was never released. Just a Trailer with very lovely Jazz in the background and pictures. It should have released right after Last Day of Summer in like 2013 or 2014 or so if it was still being worked on. But with me being someone who's lifelong favorite type of music is Jazz ever since I was a baby, I do cherish the Trailer deeply for at least being our consolation prize. I remember finding it a few years ago and saving it to my old laptop.

Ok so let me get this straight, i played the game a long time ago before it was translated and i don't understand the story entirely.

From what i understand from the game and what i have read from the comments in here, MC is the one who's involved in the car accident right?

And luckily he manage to survive it but because of trauma he suffered, he loses his memory every 13 days or something like that, so he keeps forgetting his own family.

But there's something that i don't quite get it, is Akiko his blood-related mother or not? because some people here said that it's his step-mother actually and that fat dude who talks with him in front of the garage is his father.

Also another thing that i don't understand, on the news on TV, they talk about the accident that happened but it says in there that the victim of the accident has died, is that the same accident that MC was involved or is it a different one? because it can't be the one that MC is involved in since he didn't died.

If anyone can clearly help me understand the story i would be glad, like i said i played this great game a long time ago and i want to play it again now that is translated, but i never got the story at the time.
The person who first responded to you was a little off with a few things so I recommend this page if you want to know everything about the game and the canon doujin epilogue:

These pages also help establish the lore and story better as well:

Akiko Kamimura is Keisuke's (The Protagonist's real name) stepmother. His mother Chizuru was his dad's first wife (Her name, lore, and appearance is further expanded in the doujin) and he is his only son and the only child he had with his biological mother. His Dad had an affair with Akiko which led to a divorce with his mom Chizuru. That is why Akiko feels so much guilt towards him because she feels like such a naughty woman for taking Chizuru's husband and now taking her son Keisuke and forming a relationship with him and having lots of sex which becomes even more deep and loving in the epilogue doujin with her cooking and feeding him dinner in her nightie and bedwear on days they are alone in the house together without his half sisters. But I hope that all makes sense. Also the chubby man is the late father's close friend who likely always found Akiko hot but knew she wasn't interested. Part of why Akiko is so fond of Keisuke and always calls him such a good boy is because his face reminds her so much of his late father. Her inner monologue in the canon epilogue doujin reveals her thoughts on her relationship with her stepson and she reveals she does truly love him deeply both as a stepmother and a lover but just feels a bit ashamed because she knows it's wrong and him looking so much like his father is part of why she is extremely sexually attracted to him in addition to his shy kind nature. Part of her feelings is because she is very lonely and being extremely desired so much by a younger man makes her feel so loved and touched by Keisuke's kindness, compliments, and desires. The television scene is meant to misdirect the player and make you uncertain if the protagonist's accident was fatal and the game is a final dream he had before his passing in a coma until it is further established everything is indeed real and Keisuke is completely fine after surgery outside of his 13 day memory loss condition. Akiko is very happy to always have him permanently stay with her and be in her care as well as his own mother's care since he can't really properly function in society anymore which is why the whole situation is bittersweet since in some ways, he can be considered a vegetable mentally and medically with Keisuke technically being considered disabled.
