My Compression makes the Option button unusable, I have no clue why.
Usually you also can hover over the bottom right ingame to get to the menus but that doesn't work either. Welp only download it if you really want and can't download the full version, as you can't change options.

I believe this is the third or fourth game in the series, following "Ane Ane W Saimin" (Sister Sister Double Hypnosis), "Ane Ane W Saimin 2", and possibly "Ane Ane W Saimin DX" (I'm not sure if that's a sequel or something else). Any hope of getting those ones translated? I've been particularly interested in the second one.

Took a quick look at the CG, pregnancy seems to be a singular (presumably ending) scene with the Ritsuko girl.
