You need to subscribe to Siu's FANBOX, then you can request for the uncensored sets.

Note that pixeldrain fast download quota drops (temporarily) from 6 GB to 3 GB so either wait or use VPN or ask mods to make mirrors. 1728096212367.png

On his own page? No. There are some Live2D creators that have made animations using his imagesets though. One goes by AOA (or oao if you're searching kemono), this one seems to be the guy that made the animations posted on the original artists' page to begin with, they've got a couple slightly different variations in some existing animations - censored though; 'yoozme' recently made an L2D animation of one of the imagesets, but it hasn't been leaked anywhere as far as I know. There's also 'FishSyrup' who's made a couple of sets as well, though they're pretty lackluster - just simple loops with no sound.
