K-lite with media player classic. But I've also used VLC for these videos and I haven't had issues before.
Ive also used the stock windows media player. The ONLY issue I had with K-Lite was that when Id resize the window and make it smaller it would get pixelated. The issue was resolved by changing the video renderer.
Otherwise, depending on your PC, if its old it might not be able to play AV1 files well. AV1 files Compress better than H264 but they also use more of your processor. So its a trade off. Also I think some of these files are 1500p iirc.
I use VLC too, but never had any issues with playing the videos. Then again, VLC can be extremely wonky at times for no reason.
Are you using Windows? Have you tried viewing it with the new Media Player?

8 posts above you is Ex voiced, you reacted to it so there's a slight chance you might have it. Second post page 9 has solo voiced. That's all the Tsunade there is, besides the 4K but who knows if those are what Icluu posted since they did not specify.
