It's available a few pages back in this thread. It's within the last 5-10 pages if I'm not mistaken.
Just found a plugin to remove SetVehicle()'s scaling and get rid of that annoying scaling glitch when actors briefly change sizes on every stage. It works for LE, probably SE also because it's dll. Original topic and author here
Nevermind... im smooth brain, the kemono post was his progress report, guess I assumed it was a mix up because he updated his Loverslab post... opps.
SKSE plugins for LE are not compatible with SE.

That's still the one from the 29th with the flickering bug, the fixed one was uploaded on the 31st.
