There are a few mods on LoversLab/maybe even nexus that add it automatically to certain outfits, otherwise look into sseedit, it's not as hard as it appears to be at first, just time consuming. Just try one simple outfit with one of the main keywords at first, Erotic Armor or SL Armor Pretty.

These instructions were copied from someone on reddit-

make sure the keywords are applied to your chest armor. To anyone who doesn't know how to add them:

1. Download SSEEdit
2. Open SEEEdit and make sure you have SL Aroused and the armor mod of choice selected when starting it up.
3. The armor mod needs to be loaded after SL Aroused. You can google how to do this in vortex if needed, but SLA is typically early in your load order so you shouldn't have to worry about it.
4. Right click the armor mod of choice and select "Add Masters" then choose SLA
5. Expand the armor mod, expand the armor section, find the chest piece,

Find the keyword section, right click the empty box to the right of "Keywords", click "Add" then choose Erotic Armor or SL Armor Pretty

Hope this helps. It might seem like a lot of work but basic knowledge of SSEEdit is extremely helpful, you should try it out.

I think with osl aroused you can add the keywords in game

I think using Keyword Item Distributor (KID) to distribute the keywords could do the job as well.
