I don't understand why anyone would complain. What's wrong with installing a strange exe downloaded from a file sharing site that the author essentially said "Trust me bro" to when asked if it was a virus?
Milkyegg asked about the hair, not the clothing. The mod you linked doesn't add any hair wigs or headparts to the game.
