I suspect she is not from a mod but rather a unique character created over time. This person has been around taking screenshots of various characters for quite a few years. Take a look at their

and see for yourself, or on one of their social media feeds (x, bsky) for more recent stuff. If you asked them nicely on Nexus they might point you in the right direction.
