edit: Plus, even if you are russian there are ways to subscribe to his patreon. Yeah, often you'll get blocked much earlier than a month you paid for (+comission of whatever service you're using) and you'll pay like ~ 30% more. Which isn't such a big deal when his highest tier is 10$ though.

FYI, no affiliation with either of those countries. My country's financial institutions don't allow subscription based payments to go through for foreign payment processors that don't have any entity inside our nation.

Why not pandora? Whilst it's still in beta, it's better than either fnis or Nemesis. When the bugs will be fixed, will be perfect.
Just curious as to why you said that :O

oh, well, that's a pitty, though all i can say is that the scenes are far more interesting considering they follow a nice written script, and some are very much interactive.

sexlab and ostim WILL feel very much out of place in comparison, while one has a lot of quest mods, the scenes aren't very immersive and the other feels out of place and not that interesting

I have my own configuration for "OStim Romance" which introduce a temporary dialogue with any NPC you decide to romance. Maybe I should post my approach update in this board some day.
Generally I romance NPCs following some stages of vanilla quests.
For example I find it logical to romance Elisif only after the end of Civil War and Dragon Slayer quest.

In my approach Margret will be Silvia Salvian the imperial agent of General Tulius.
After the end of the forsworn conspiracy she will displace to Castle Dour at Solitude where she will live at the highest quarters. Then after the end of the civil war, if you side with the imperials (I always do that) Silvia will be available as follower and you can romance her. Removing all the tedious and boring dialogues/flirts of the original mod.
