His animations are good, i like them. But he is too arrogant. Anub, Billyy and Moon are as good as he is if not better and he thinks he is the only good animator.

I remember when he was doing his follower mod and he said something like "Skyrim has no good followers, all of them are boring, none of those famous followers are interesting and creative". Then he created those stupid npcs with robotic voices and cringe custom moans in sex. Any of the famous custom voiced are by far superior.

Honestly there should be an official thread about this groupbuy idea. Would be much easier to organize.

they're uniformly polished, but they lack any sauce. bodies move statically and plainly, even with a bouncy config; there's far less sway and exaggeration of motion; no real weight to actions, or the pop of compression and energy from timing and movement.
still use them because its seamless and quality animations, but older SL animators like Milky knew how to make far more sensual animation sets.

Well, there is the other side of the coin. For example he published 3d max source files for many his animation. This means working character rigs, a properly configured scene, and an example of what quality animation should look like. This is not just a lot, it's a fucking lot guidance for newbie modders. As i know only leito and ace published source files. So, arrogance is a bit more complicated thing than it seems. I think we should look at the situation and judge in more sophisticated way.

When Ace's wallet wasn't full of money he was more humble, trying to release animations every week, being more active in the community providing his rigs etc... but when his wallet got full... then it went all to his head, he drove the Ostim team away with discord drama, began to paywall some of his mods, when someone ask if his going to implement a feature in his mod he tells them that his mod is open source and that chatGPT is a thing and yeah his animations are not bad but they are (mostly) just old reused animations being sold as new.

That aside, my personal belief is that bitterness breeds bitterness and this whole Ostim community was born out of bitterness from CEO and his whole debacle: "Hey look we are OPEN SOURCE our mod is OPEN and it wont brick your game unlike certain someone wink wink nudge nudge" Since its inception this Ostim community gave me "Alert Alert, Terrain Terrain, Pull up Pull up" type vibes.

To keep in topic with the thread LMAO anyone got the Coven of Crones 1.1 update lol.
