i delete old saved game and started a new one, but it still happening, also plays a scary bgm before everything turns to redI'm new to skyrim and TES

Look if you have any mods with vampiric effects and powers on your list, it could be the cause...

My brother in Talos if you've new to Skyrim and modding to the point where you don't even know which mod did that you should play the game Vanilla+ FIRST (main story can be bum rushed in a few hours) before you mod the WILD shit or download modpacks. Go find a nice beginner's guide and learn the basics
Dragonborn's Fate is defunct but it's a really good beginner's guide that'll get you a solid base

Are you installing mod lists? Most people who install mod lists do not know what mods they are installing. As someone who handpicks mods from the beginning and installs one by one, I know every mod in my game. If you are using a mod list, I recommend checking the list for any mods that changes sun.

this is truly the way. never was a fan of modlists, more trouble than they're worth imo

Anyone got the new Creation Club mod that came out today (Truth in Legends)? Seems like it actually might be worth a look in comparison to the usual dreck, Shoeburgler makes good stuff.
