Could be caused by several things. There are lighting mods and enb sets that can cause it, especially ones that change intensity of light sources, like torches or mage/candlelight spell.
It might also be caused by resolution glitch on certain gpu/monitors - in that case check if your resolution in .ini is the same it says in the launcher.
Also could be just glitchy interface. Try to call up racemenu (open console and type showracemenu) don't make any changes and save result. Might fix that.

Banished Knight is the name of the MCO animation.
The armor was ported from Elden Ring by a guy named "Hokn", who I assume is the person who made Twinblades of Skyrim.
It has not been released, I couldn't find a trace of it anywhere.
