Ostim tools can be used with other tools. It has multiple tutorials to guide you through the conversion process

I know that tool but linking with the interface of Ostim is the most important thing. So far there are only a couple of modders that know how to do it ( TangyTweaks (what is his real identity?), VersuchDrei, the authors specific animations for Ostim).
Its only a question of time. I learned harder things in Skyrim with zero initial knowledge. Maybe it can happens in the next months when I spare more time.

For now I have a specific program of fixing holes in Skyrim and I have reached an advanced step.

Ace continue to do bad decisions particularly in his latest version of Ostim Romance which not not backward compatible.

not sure if the mod itself breaks tos but has anyone figured out how to make this follower mod work? ive translated it, combined the follower with the required clothing mod and used quick auto clean through MO2 but it fatally crashes my PC when I speak to Vex but is fine when I load her into the worldspace via modex
