Do not run on *Behavior.HKX files in the directory "Billyy's SLAL Animations 9.0\meshes\actors\character\behaviors\" like "FNIS_Billyy_Human_Behavior.hkx" etc
Do not install the latest version of Havok Content Tools, install version 2010

run "converttoskyrim.bat" (preferably via cmd so that the window doesn't close and you can see any errors)
run FNIS for developers "*FNIS*\tools\GenerateFNIS_for_Modders\generatefnisformodders.exe" and "Generate Mod Behavior" for each FNIS*.txt file in each directory that is located in "Billyy's SLAL Animations 9.0\meshes\actors\character\animations\"
for example
"Billyy's SLAL Animations 9.0\meshes\actors\character\animations\Billyy_Human\FNIS_Billyy_Human_List.txt"
"Billyy's SLAL Animations 9.0\meshes\actors\character\animations\Billyy_HumanDD\FNIS_Billyy_HumanDD_List.txt"

To backport meshes and textures download and unpack somewhere

Run "Cathedral_Assets_Optimizer.exe" -> set profile to TES5 -> click "Open Directory" -> point to "\Billyy's SLAL Animations 9.0\" directory -> click "Run"
don't forget to GenerateFNISforUsers at the end
