Actually tested in game this time, both follower and racemenu custom race work.
backup head.nif and head.tri just in case though.

Either you are not opening the same files, or something is not downloading the correct files. I just downloaded them again to make sure everything is correct and this is what you should see:

I mention that I've never used wabbajack or any of these automated installations, so I don't know what directory structure wabbajack will use to access the compressed files.

Thats very suspicious that is a exe file with that low capacity, just for safety i advise you not running that executable in case is a virus

Verified this file matches what was shared in your original post, thank you! As for not executing, thankfully I did not open any executable (I think). I did run a scan of the file both zipped and unzipped (via defender) and did not see anything malicious initially. Also ran computer scan and did not see anything either. Hoping I dodged a bullet here. Thank you all.
