Verified this file matches what was shared in your original post, thank you! As for not executing, thankfully I did not open any executable (I think). I did run a scan of the file both zipped and unzipped (via defender) and did not see anything malicious initially. Also ran computer scan and did not see anything either. Hoping I dodged a bullet here. Thank you all.

yea 2 new "BOIS" in each town that will come to you and asking if you can show your female chara tiddies and pussi and if you agree, then they will start asking for more and their request will be more lewd , u can also use them to increase your babo stats (fame / sluttiness) by paying several gold to them
