He purged everything or got purged. I kinda expected it to be a short passion project before he disappeared into the sunset. He wanted to get at the people pay walling mods and he did that. Mission accomplished. It was good times while it lasted.

He could have avoided this(or had it last longer) if he didn't make it known he was making a website like nexus of all places and tried to act like he was a savior for modding when originally this was supposed to get back at schaken. He was on borrowed time the instant he did that.

Oh well, let it be a lesson to not blow off your legs if you're going to do something like this.

Does anyone know the deal with Sanguine Mods? I keep getting a no response message from my browsers for days now.

The Sanguine guy here who advertised his site probably knows and this things shouldn't go into dark. This website had so much potential. It's very tragic and sad thing to behold how all this go wasted and shackenwhore mongers win the battle.

But it's still kinda weird. He spent time and money on the site and suddenly decided to delete it? I don't know, it seems suspicious. Could he have received threats from mod authors? As we know, they can be pretty crazy. Or maybe he got some sudden real-life problems

Yeah, it is sad that Steve Jobs died of ligma what happened to Sanguine Mods, but they decided to rub it on their faces expecting nothing to happen? It was pretty obvious they were going to take action, granted this would have happened sooner or later, but it would have been waaay longer if they didn't do that, still, props to them for actually putting up against Schaken-bitch and the greedy authors by making their own website dedicated for the distribution of these mods, it was good while it lasted, and may them be doing well.

The owner is RustyOldSword from this thread. He last visited here in early October. He didn't seem to leave any additional contact information.

Real life issues (maybe the cost of server) or he got threats for his piracy site.

Anyway he is extremely talented in making site and almost humiliated nexus.

I don't use OStim, so I don't know much, but check the MCM to see if there's a Hotkey section and check for something like "change actor position" or something of the like, in Sexlab there's something like, but again, I don't use OStim so idk if there's something similar, also isn't there like a tag system in OStim that determines actor position or the like? I've read that as one of the greatest advantages OStim has when compared to Sexlab

What happed with Sanguine mods is really sad indeed! I wish I downloaded all files while it lasted I wasn't expecting it to be taken down for good so soon Well, I guess keeping this sort of business more hidden from the mod-sellers is probably for the best.

I don't think it's just to tear down people. Let's be real here, we don't know what going on the mind of the person who made the site. You could be right that he/she was only trying to solve a problem, or maybe he/she wanted to take an opportunity to make some money.
Just because some one tries to do some thing doesn't mean we have to praise them. If there was more thought put into the site, like they wanted it to be long term sure. However when I personally looked at the site It wasn't the case (in my opinion).

In the end sure it was a tool. A tool that unfortunately wasn't up to snuff.

I did! not all of them unfortunately, but I can add those I have in a mega folder and send the link via dm (I don't want my archive accounts to end up being taken down lol)

It's mostly outfits, some followers, animation packs and a few schaken mods but yeah, it's not all of it only what I installed on my Skyrim

Yes it does matter but the fact is we don't know his motivations. Could be malicious, such collecting your data for spam or otherwise.
The quality of the site can be improved but the starting point can be a sign of what the site's creator goal/plan.
Your right nothing is fully free, you have to pay for it in someway, be it money or time(pay for mods or wait indefinately till someone shares it.)
I think people get that there's always some draw back, hell people here were fine and happy with the site existing, but they also pointed out the way the site creator was handling things were not great. Why can't you get that?
For one I don't have a site, I wouldn't do so anyways since that's commitment that I can't properly accept. If it were up to me I'd just have post here that I update when I can with more up-to-date versions of most frequently asked mods.

The person who created the site had a goal. That goal could be reached in multiple of ways. Choosing to make a site was a choice. People are free to criticize that choice. The Site Creator also disappearing without mentioning why is also a choice. One that paints this situation in a negative light.

I will say your comment those feel very "toxic positive", I'm sure that's not your goal and your only trying to be understanding of the site creator.If all you are asking for is the people who use it to show alittle gratitude then understandable. The Site creator did give a service. But they can also voice their opinion on how bad it went.
