So both the sanguine mods guy and the website disappears at the same time without a trace huh.... highly suspicious. :D
Yeah, it makes you wonder whats gonna happen with all our data in circulation. Maybe if the deep state got him, we're next lol.

I do reckon the site being taken down is due to complaints from a wide range of mod authors though. If you go back in this thread I remember there being a discord post alerting authors about it. It sucks but you can't say it wasn't coming.

I mean, what data? Your email address? I would hope you use a different password for all your accounts and separate emails for business and personal. That web 101 stuff right there. He either got drafted for that infamous 3 day military operation or was worried that something might happen no matter how slim it was. But come on, he was in Russia and they got bigger things to worry about that some dude running a website with paid mods on it. What are the Russians going to do with your data? Thats a dog with a loud bark and no teeth.

Did anybody manage to snag that cat girl Amira playable race mod before everything shut down?

So download and use the original mod then, which was shared twice in previous pages.
BSA files use 7z compression, so can help with storage for large modlists. Mine is close to 1TB even though all textures are on BSA files and I don't store download archives on the same drive.
BSA files also bypass all of the usual file access background processes associated with Windows, so in some instances can help reducing micro-stuttering, although this in particular is more useful for Fallout 4.
There is the 2 GB per BSA limit in Skyrim engine. Use a BSA outside this size and you get CTD.
I tried the BSA idea some years ago and didn't like it. More BSAs, more plugins, more slow startup, more hassles for the engine to use Textures, ...

Russian sites I bookmarked long ago. I used them (using translations) when I got feed up of nexus and his admins. There are there some mods that were deleted from Nexus long ago:

I dont think the Russian author of Sanguine Mods had bad intentions, he explain his reasons in his profil here. He was silent and not active in this site weeks before his site was closed. So I presume something happened to him or his project at the beginning of September. Anyway I think he is living in his own Russian environnement, far from the Western "capitalism" and "taxes".
By the way, speaking of taxes its a huge problem in England... (from what I hear in the internet).

Edit. What I'm saying its 2 GB BSA limit, not 20. The biggest BSA used by Bethesda has 1.7 GB size.

why do you even remove the wigs? if you dont like them just dont use.
Me I dont use them (because I always play as male) and even dont use them on NPCs but they are useful because of their armor addon that I use in the bodyskin of NPCs.
I build NPCs using bald hair (Redguard Hair 03) then I add the HDT ArmorAA of the wigs in the bodyskin of the NPC.

Dont see usefulness of BSA packages either.
Basically, there are two options: do it for myself and not bother posting it here, or do it and upload it so that other people in the same situation as me (don't use wigs, prefer to have it packaged in bsa, and like espL plugin to have that space available) can enjoy it too.

Packaging in BSA is simple: you get better loading performance while also reducing the number of disk I/O operations, as well as saving a good amount of space and avoiding additional disk fragmentation. It's not a 50-file/8MB mod, but one with over 1,000 files and over 1GB.

As I said: if I knew that no one else but me needed it, I wouldn't bother uploading every version I modify for myself.

Anyone know some really good sexlab quest mods that aren't just like 4 quests then done? Im open to anything ;)
Try Slaverun (as the name implies, it's slavery themed), there's an improved version of it for free on LoversLab. The dialogue is... not very good, but it's got plenty of quests. Last time I played it I actually gave up because the quests justs kept coming, lmao

It's mostly outfits, some followers, animation packs and a few schaken mods but yeah, it's not all of it only what I installed on my Skyrim
Is it possible you have the version of Nia's Adventurer Armor which was to Sanguine mods?

I think if that had happened, he would have written about it here (he said something about reports from authors wouldn't be so bad for the site). But he also cleaned up his account here and stopped writing here. It's like something bigger than just whining from complaining authors happened

Might be legal action, maybe sued him or something. Would be prudent then to shut down everything and say nothing. Either way, eager for another hero to step forward.
