Yeah that creator sucks. She refused to use normal bodies for the characters, and so u have to manually mod it yourself or play the characters with neck gap or seam gap if u use cbbe. Waste of money subbing to her patreon.

ShinglesCat is the best character conversion creator for Skyrim. For the authors who wrote above, you just need to straighten your arms and learn to understand what is written on the pages of its modifications. This is a section of the creators' forum for creators, not for moronic beginners who can't rewrite body meshes.
SC is without question the best head porter in the game. The ciri head is ridiculously detailed, almost looks better than she did in the Witcher 3 game. Great expressions, and modding skin and body meshes to fit your own style is like five minutes of work, a retarded monkey could do it. If you don't know how, send me a DM and I will teach you, its super easy, barely and inconvenience. Its a great shame she stopped doing ports and got a real job, cause hers were close to flawless, and is far above any other porter out there, and I have tried a bunch, her patreon is well worth it, although now they are all out there for free so there is no point to subbing.
How does this work? Do I need the base Sexlab Framework?
I'm asking because the "Sexlab.ini" inside \SKSE\Plugins doesn't seem to do anything...

SexLab P+, it is a continuation of regular SexLab, that works faster and is still in development, I believe. It is usable actually.
Well, P+ does require the base framework. But even after installing all three of them, the ini doesn't seem to work. I've tried the "bAllowFutaAsMale" but nothing changes.
I know there are workarounds, but I'd like to use this instead of adding yet another mod.

I would like to know how to port a character from other games like Teresa from KCD or Amicia from APTR. Step by step if possible, cause i'm half a crackhead. Do you have that knowledge or know someone who has? I could even pay someone but right now i'm out of money.
I have no idea how to port faces, I just know how to edit textures in photoshop and replace body meshes. But SC still takes commisions for ports I think, you could ask on her discord. Zzjay does ports as well ass Lowresoutis (UBE ports, but they are pretty good, his UBE Triss port is better than Zzjay's). Think all of these do commisions, so they are the ones to ask for instructions on how to port heads.
You better off just drop this idea, especially if you need "step by step" manual. Pretty sure there is noone and ripping assets off a game might require different tools depending on a game. Then even if you manage to do this, then you'd need to create mesh, then animate the head (if it's head port you taliking about). You'd need to know blender, possible daz3d and bunch of other tools pretty fluently.
There is a reason SC charged over 600 usd for a port (or something along these numbers).

Also as I understand she is the one that created Yennefer head for zzJay, know zzJay Yennefer has no head part called "brow", its just something drawn in the head textures to take the place of the brows.

Just a little edit in SSEedit and you can use whatever hairstyle you want on her, SC even describes how to do it on the page for the mod. I like her ports, if you don't that's your opinion, but I challenge you to name someone better.

- Some hairstyles may be a mess. I'm too frustrated to deal with them;

Unfinished products that require the consumers to tinker with it just for it to be usable. Wow such an amazing modder. I cant wait to load up photoshop everytime just to fix neck seams. Sounds like something a consumer should be doing when purchasing paywalled content.
Look up Lowresoutis and compare that with SC's work. The mods got physics, custom outfits, all are finished products. Now that's how u do paywalled content.
