You better off just drop this idea, especially if you need "step by step" manual. Pretty sure there is noone and ripping assets off a game might require different tools depending on a game. Then even if you manage to do this, then you'd need to create mesh, then animate the head (if it's head port you taliking about). You'd need to know blender, possible daz3d and bunch of other tools pretty fluently.
There is a reason SC charged over 600 usd for a port (or something along these numbers).

So i guess making a copy thru RaceMenu n BodyslideStudio would be much easier than porting model from daz 3d/blender

well, definitely easier, the question is how close to it's original counterpart your racemenu preset will look. Obviously if you are aiming to make it look just like the character from original game then you'd want to use original assets. But yeah, i'm not sure it's doable if you have zero experience with 3d modeling, skyrim supportotive software (nifskope/creationkit/ssedit on so on).
Would be much faster to earn 600$ elsewhere I think
