What exactly you changed? Followers can't be with emply sceleton (RACE) and they can't use other vanilla voices except: Female Condescending Female Commander Female Dark Elf Female Even Toned Female Orc Female Sultry Female Young Eager If you add Female Nord for example to a follower - this follower will never appear in the game the follower actually appears if you assign other voice, but will not have follow option, unless you have RDO (Relationship dialogue overhaul)
