Go to page 292 of this thread and when you see Link compendium, select xxx tools and you'll find Naughtyvoices 2.7. Works great with Ostim Standalone btw

Actually this isn't correct. Naughty voices 2.7 isn't compatible with standalone. Only 2.7a works with standalone and the first version of OPrivacy that works with standalone still hasn't been posted. And the current versions Naughty voices 3.1 and OPrivacy 3.0 are found on discord but you get access to them through his Patreon.

The tabs near the top like "all" are sections you can click specifically, there should be one for outfits etc .

You also need to make an Arca account to see the all the nsfw tabs now

damn i hope someone can share 3.1 naughty voices makes SL redundant for me because with it ostim is soo much better, i have the 2.7a but idk in which update of ostim it's going to stop working.

You did not follow the instruction you were given. You need to DECODE it, not re-encode it in order to get the URL.
