No, I don't. I've seen people asking for it and I'd post it already if I'd have it. Unfortunely when 1.9.1.0 came out I was no longer patreon, I got the last version only because Dogma posted download links like three days before the actual release when I still had my access. So I only have his message from that day. There are some bits of info, but it's far from a changelog. Here it is.

just publish HS2 race on nexus. I don't know if he's the creator or not but based on nexus' usual behavior to delete mod that involve other game's asset, anyone with a spare hdd should backup these just in case

I saw that too it looks like it is the mod author nexus account huanjing258 and HS2 TO SKYRIM patreon account HJ258 (HJ short for huanjing I guess?)
Did he ever post HS2 Race publicly before? Wonder if he decided to post it on nexus but only after I removed the DRM and shared it lol
AdamPrishel I can make a torrent of the whole lot if requested I ran out of space on my google drive due to his files taking so much space I got his entire baidu collection aswell but its another 33GB and im already at 98% storage used with the original stuff I shared.....
