Could be various ways either handmaking them or editing existing cards others put out publically. I noticed a few of these look familiar off the bat but he edited them enough to make them his own which I respect. It just takes patience and time.
Skin and shapes are very similar to other games such as Eternum, that's why I think it might be a specific mod
HS2 creators usually put a lot of work into their LI's, so they probably won't share their secrets freely. Best case scenario, they release character cards on patreon when the game is completely finished if there's demand for it.

It's from V0.001 although it was removed in 0.002, hopefully a mod or dev can update those previews. I would request someone do that, but I wouldn't be sure how.
The save location changed, you can find it in c/users/yourself/appdata/roaming/renpy and for 0.002 it will be in a folder called testgame and then some random numbers, for 0.003 it's in a Slatford folder. You can transfer save files from the old version to the new version if you still have it by going into /game/saves and copy pasting them.

I enjoyed this update and the plot only seems to be getting better. I seriously hope Naomi doesn't die, that phone call has left too much to the imagination, she is our best bet at unlocking the flash since I'm sure (based on her personality so far), she wouldn't want to take this lying down
