Pink Tea usually makes sequels for his games, but they don't actually follow the same storyline as the previous one. For instance, the story of Slave Lords (the 1st game in the series) wasn't continued on the second one (Slave Lords of the Galaxy), since they're set like centuries apart, however, all of them share the core mechanics and very similar stories (basically BDSM, humiliation, rape, harem, several endings...).
If he's planning on making a sequel, I doubt it'll be set on the same timeline as this game.

Kinda funny that you commented this on this game which is a sequel of elven conquest part 2 which is a sequel of elven conquest.

The game will be saved automatically with your progress.

The punishment room that you mentioned is supposed to be unlocked from the start. The girls in it are from the developer's previous games. Most of them are kinda related in a way.

I'm using version 1.0.6 on my Android and it works fine, try using the version for older phones if latest version doesn't work for you, only one I can't get working is Elven Conquest 2 as it won't install
