Okay, my issue has been fixed.
Seems the drive I had it on suffered a power cut one time which caused sector damage.
Thankfully it didn't fry my whole system. I thank my UPS for that but afterwards the game would not work properly as I stated previously.
Ran a chkdsk /f on the drive and it did its job... After three and a half hours.
Now the game works flawlessly.

No idea, unless someone caught your account spamming or something, and passed it around, we do that as server mods over there sometimes.

Discord bans are also IP bans.

If you have other accounts- or maybe you live with someone else?- that can trigger bans across accounts.
