Fairly certain all fire emblem games have a turn counter, but only the older ones rank you based on it.

In that series, there are often rewards for rushing, including thieves that escape the map early with items and the concept of bonus exp on the tellius games, but LTC has never been explicitly what the game centers around.

If you dig around on the serenes forums, you'll find some hebephrenic schizophrenics that treat the entire series like the first few games. They hate using characters that could increase turn count. In general though, for fire emblem getting a lower turn count is just for your own satisfaction.

There's definitely something enjoyable about abusing regen to have one character steamroll the game or to baby a weaker character to the point that they are the focus of your army.

A decade ago, I remember abusing regen to exp farm and save scumming in radiant dawn to give lethe and lyre max strength. There was an armored general on the lava tube level that I had them punch while untransformed until they hit max strike rank.

Different strokes for different folks.

i actually genuinely like steamrolling with specific characters than it is blitzing the game with the equivalent of fe8 seth since underdog characters , i genuinely would see if theres more infinite regen points to mass farm exp on

I can't help but feel like I'm going insane over the fact that a porn game from 2017 has Chris, a crossdressing princess girl engaged with a princess of an allied country and genuinely loves her despite the arranged marriage, beat Fire Emblem to the punch when they made Kris, a crossdressing princess engaged to a princess of an allied country and genuinely loves her despite the arranged marriage.

I know Circle Ressentiment are huge fans of FE (one of their early works is a simple VN CG gallery of various FE girls/lolis), but I can't imagine even they would get blindsided by IntSys doing the same thing with Shadows. At least Chris isn't a literal puppygirl...

There are folders in your first screenshot that should have been placed into the "patch" folder.
Did you try to do extra steps here?
Did you make sure the game's folder is on your Desktop, to avoid any path conflicts?

this game came out first layla was a fanservice with char's from all his diffrent games uniting against thier foe in the ending she even metions what hcarlotte is up too... maybe we get a charlotte 2 xD

The upload in OP has been fixed, redownload the game if you are missing the file.
Make sure to run GameUpdate.bat again after re-downloading it.
Saves should still be compatible, assuming you had the previous upload.

I wanted to try this game out, I'm all for force content in games, but only when it's a choice, instead the game FORCES you to not only get violated by one of the WORST men on the planet, you're also immediately forced into submission right after. This pissed me off so much that I just let the prison guards kill me and all the other scum five times before quitting and deleting the game. Now I'm certain other people enjoy this a lot and that's good for them, but why can't the game let me just kill this stupid Bandit and his shit gargling crew! Why did they have to survive the first encounter? They were trying to capture the Princess, they should have been stabbed to death when I beat them in a fight, instead, the Princesses cunt of a sister shows up, lets the bandits go, captures the Princess, and then lets them break into prison, rape her, and then escape.

yeahhh that's common for this circle (jp adult game devs), one of the big things that i don't really like about their games

usually their games require being able to read a good bit as well, so you can't even play blind and ignore the nasty stuff you don't like

it's a shame really, other than that, their games are pretty great

I enjoyed this game. The strategy was okay, a little too easy. It was a good build and format of it. It would've been nice if they all got unique 2nd ability unique weapons. More items and customization, erotic and normal. Perhaps even an economy and a counter attack over territory. More H scenes, they were a little basic and all very similar. More levels. Overall, a good game.

This isn't necessarily true. A lot of developers will generally keep the decensored files in their project folder, either for personal reasons, or in expectation of being able to share it overseas.

I miss when DLSite was more lenient about censors. A lot of games used to just have the mosaics/black bars as separate files that you could easily edit out.
