and error during extraction.. then might help;
Perform some preliminary checks, such as updated drivers, last 7-zip, size of file after downloads and hash, Restart PC, etc.
Move the archive file to a different folder.
Run SFC and DISM scans. (in CMD or Shell as Admin)
Run CHKDSK. (in CMD or Shell as Admin)
Update Windows.
Run/install the software in compatibility mode.
