I downloaded the game from another site, and there was an installer for the game. It installed ALL versions of Microsoft Visual C++ x86, starting from version 2005.
Although the game installed using this method did not work, the game from the compressed file available here on the site finally ran.
So, install ALL x86 versions of Visual C++ and be happy.

Probably because your driver does not support OpenGL. Perhaps, driver is out of date?

Its disappointing that the endings are just a few lines of text followed by black screen. No CG for the sister did it too ending is tragic.

i normally don't comment much. but yes creampie twice each stage on normal or sensitive mode. it will unlock mental break mode. then you will need to do it again through all stages. that unlocks pregnancy scene.

If anyone is interested...
To get the last endings... You gotta cum in her 2x in chapter 1,2,3,4 and 5... do it as fast as possible so that you have the least amount of practice... I got through 25 easily...FORGET ABOUT HER FRIEND.... You just need to finish quickly and move on... (I think that's all...)

It's not that much but if you wake up her on stage 9 you will have an upbeat music play and your sister only now realizing that she is pregnant with your baby and being happy about it

I'm assuming you're missing mind break, which as far as I remember requires clearing the game on sensitive difficulty.
I done Hitomi route on sensitive and it unlocked but I'm not sure if that's a requirement or coincidence.

I have a similar issue, except its just the MSVCP100. I went there, I followed the steps, and I still cannot seem to play the game
