Partial means incomplete translation. Only some portion are translated by MTL while the rest are still in JP.

There is one at the bottom of the bar, sitting on a table on the left. The second one is at the clinic (gotta get out of the bar, walk to the right side of the square and clinic is one of the options). The third and last is on the main square, right near to the entrance.

30min I'm trying lol... I literally talked to everyone in town. First the orange guys are the two at the bottom left right? In clinic its the one at the right in the waiting room? And the last one is the most vague description... Is it the one left top in the shop? The one just above the bar? The kiddo near the blonde girl?
