The one at the entrance is right to the guards, you gotta walk throught a small gap between the wall and the square itself. IT's hard to miss him, just one dude in the grass up the square and right next to the entrance.

All I got is a stream.rar, which when unpacked gives me a text file that reads :

Senior is given spiked coffee and works on report, gotta clear one of the Justice guild ladies for it to take effect (I left the Justice guild after being brought there and it worked). The combatant is sitting on the right side chair at the Justice guild and wants a snack from her buddy. He's on top of the mountain, where you can then spike it. Come back after clearing a few ladies and voila, you got the timed event ladies. The rest you can get at your own pace (the story will push you for progression).

Puzzle answer for Shiro's warehouse (not super difficult) is Left, Up, Up, Right, Up
There isn't really much help with the sneak sections, just call Mako for help to distract when you can and git gud.
The four optional ladies post game are the helper at the brothel (deliver a message to Shiro at her warehouse, then come back), a new junior in the Red guild (in basement, then commercial district, then back to basement), the washing girl at the Justice guild (buy soda?/soap? from top left shop pick the lady, then go back to Justice guild), and the Azumi deputy captain (drinking in bar, head back to kitchen at Red guild to get booze, go back to bar, then upstairs).

That's been happening since several months ago in some countries including mine. They are blocking us probably for copyright issues, they never stated anything. The only way seems to be vpn or use a different link.
