SLEEPLESS Nocturne is still releasing but no one knows when, hopefully before the end of the year.
while SLEEPLESS Nocturne was released later, it appears to be a prequel to SLEEPLESS A Midsummer Night's Dream

there has been 0 updates from Empress on another game, lastly they released all starless related games in a bundle, that was in 2023, ever since there has been only artworks from Sei Shoujo and some goods, hopefully this licensing indicate there is a hope of a new game from Empress.

he was trying to free the blonde pregnant girl on the stretcher, then gets caught by aira and then they replace his dick with big black one, there is a scene with aira and marie and then there is a scene with aira, similar to that of the boy getting milked but with his new dick, then after that she tells him he's getting sold off soon.

install both x64 and x86
if things don't work, there is another thing you can try :
download the MTL version and copy AdvHD.exe and paste in the official translation version folder

after installing x86 as well, it no longer closes after main menu. ty
