Trixie does not sound as a full name. It sounds more like Johny, Bob, Jimmy or Trish. That names are... shortened versions of John, Robert, James or Patricia. So my question was is Trixie a full name? (I have seen Peach or Summer as a name so it might be)

Shortened names can be given as actual legal names, in many countries. Jeff, Matt, Chris, Alex, Jess, etc.

There are. The albinos.
If you think like this at all: then Violet also has contact lenses!

But in general, I don't think it's worth bothering about the reality of eye color.

Well, actually, if you think about it, Trixie may be a derivative of the name Beatrix. (P.S. I see you have already been answered)
And considering that in the same comics, there is an interesting norm to give names to characters so that they start with the same letter with the last name,
It is likely that Trixie's name is Beatrix Bailey is quite high. On condition: that Sleepy follows this old comics rule...

I have thought and I have found at least two examples against:
Current president of US is known as Joe Biden, but if one diggs deeper then Joseph can be found, even at official web page.
Same for Bill Gates.
So,
Beatrix (Beatrice?!) Marguerite Baileyis still a viable option.
