Yes, through the menu. Right click when you get control of a character. You can't access it from main menu.

There's a walkthrough somewhere in the last pages which is presumably correct and will get you to beating the game, unlocking endless mode.
There's also a cheat in the latest version that will get you 500m which is enough to win. You only need to avoid the couple of bad ends.
