It's in the second tier of skills, but I still have no idea how you get the pink coins to unlock it. Someone mentioned a journal and I have no idea how to get that. Or how to unlock the last area that i've seen in full saves.

It will be kind of tricky, but after the scene you can move around. Everything will stay black until you make your way back home and sleep. Use the inventory as Indicator to look where you are and listen to the music and sounds to know where you are.
After you went to bed the black screen will disappear and the game will continue as normal.
