How do i find the quest to clean the old mans house

At the hobo hideout (the one in the mountains) there is a house in the top right. You need the kink for insects and piss, I believe. Then you should be able to clean up there.

Could someone tell me where I'm supposed to find that broom to clean the old mans house? I can't find it anywhere...
Also... how do I progress Keizos story? In the gallery it just says "Piss Keizo off once"

EDIT: nvm. I found the way of progressing Keizos story. Still looking for that broom though
EDIT2: nvm. found that one as well...for anyone else wondering - it's next to the big farm(the place where the breeding mount is)
