You select the girl and then click one of the three hotspots (of which there's no animation variation whatsoever), while slowly, and I mean slowly, you fill a bar and after reaching a threshhold you get a different pose. As you're holding the mouse you'll see a secondary bar fill up, and once that reaches max the girl will attack you and you have to defend yourself by clicking the projectiles, which come at varying speeds. Once you deplete the "pleasure" bar you get an image as your reward, and that's about it, it's very bare bones and simple.
I'll be honest, I stopped once I reached the second girl and I was too bored to continue. If I had to compare this game to something, it would be one of those early 2000's mediocre flash games.
